The On-Time-or-Free Guarantee
If your edited file arrives after the delivery date and time confirmed in your quote, you pay nothing. If you have already paid, you get a full refund.
The guarantee applies when:
- The delivery date and time were confirmed on WhatsApp or by email when you accepted the quote.
- We received the complete file, and any style guide or template, when you booked.
- The document and scope stayed as quoted. If you send a new version or add words, we confirm a new delivery time before continuing.
To claim, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order details. Refunds go to the original payment method.
The 30-Day Missed-Error Guarantee
If you, your supervisor, an examiner, a reviewer or a reader finds a language error we missed in text we edited, report it within 30 days of delivery. We correct it free and check the rest of the document for the same mistake.
An error is an objective mistake within the service you booked:
- Proofreading: grammar, spelling, punctuation, typos and consistency.
- Copy editing and editing: the above, plus breaches of the style guide you asked us to apply.
- Formatting: the layout and reference rules you asked us to apply.
Matters of style or preference are not errors. The guarantee does not cover text you added or changed after delivery, or corrections you rejected.
To claim, send the page and the error on WhatsApp. Corrections are returned within the standard turnaround for that length.
The Feedback-Round Re-Check
Within 30 days of delivery, send up to 2,000 words you revised after feedback from a supervisor, examiner, co-author, reviewer or client. The same editor re-checks them free, at the standard turnaround for that length.
The re-check applies when:
- The text comes from the document we edited.
- The revisions are your own changes, made after feedback.
- The total is up to 2,000 words, sent in one or more batches within 30 days of delivery.
- The order is an academic or general document. Book orders are not included.
Longer revisions are quoted at the standard rate.
What the guarantee does not cover
Grades, examination results or publication. These depend on decisions we do not control. Our guarantees cover what we do control: delivering on time, the accuracy of our own edit, and re-checking your revisions.
